Presenter Information
The workshop rooms and the Sky Lounge are complete lecture rooms with projector, audio capabilities, and WLAN. WLAN vouchers will be included into the registration bag, but we also offer eduroam.
For the workshops please bring your own laptop.
For the conference there will be a Windows laptop for presentation, but presenters can bring their own if they want. We will also provide some adapters (Mac, DisplayPort) but it is a good idea to bring your own if you have special needs.
Full Papers
Full paper presentations have a time slot of approx. 24 minutes + 5 minutes questions.
Short Papers
Short papers have a time slot of 15-18 minutes + 2 minutes questions. Please check the session length for estimating your time.
Posters
Poster will be presented at the Sky Lounge. Provide a poster of A1 is possible.
Also, please create 1 PowerPoint slide for the Madness session. Please present this slide in the madness session in 1 Minute max.
Demos
Demos will be presented in Seminarroom 14 in 2nd floor. We will provide tables, power outlets, WLAN. If you have any special need please contact the organizers.
